Sautéd Brussel Sprouts Recipe
INGREDIENTS (2 large servings):
– 12 to 15 brussel sprouts
– 1.5 tablespoons of a good quality extra virgin olive oil
– kosher salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wash each brussel sprouts carefully. Check for any bad parts and carefully cut it out.
2. Cut out the stem of each brussel sprout and cut it in half.
3. In a large flat fry pan, add olive oil on medium heat. Leave it for a couple of minutes until oil is heated.
4. When oil is heated, add the brussel sprouts. Sprinkle some salt. Saute for 2 minutes or until the bottom side turns slightly brown.
5. Then flip to the other side of each brussel sprout. And saute for a other 2 minutes.
6. Ready to serve.
